AI Instagram manager

An AI Instagram manager that works from your site

The useful version of an AI manager is closer to a junior operator than a caption toy. It has seen the catalog. It knows what is already queued. It can tell you when it doesn’t know.

Context before copy

A caption written from a prompt like “make it luxury” is how every store starts to sound the same. The first input should be the product you sell: name, price if it’s public, the sentence on the page, the photo.

The second input is the mix. If the last six posts were product heroes, the next one should explain something or give another product a turn. That is strategy. It is also just bookkeeping.

Ask it ordinary questions

What is going out tomorrow. Which product hasn’t been used. Pause the offers. Make the next caption plainer. Those are the questions an account manager gets. They should change the calendar, not just answer in a chat bubble.

“What’s our best post?” is a fair question only after Instagram insights exist. Before that, the honest answer is that we don’t know. Guessing a winner from a vibe is how reports get padded.

Where the model stops

SL uses a model for drafts when it is available, and labels the result. If it isn’t available, the caption is assembled from the product text and says so. A failed draft is a failed draft. The previous caption stays until a new one is actually written.
