Instagram management for small businesses

Management is not a monthly PDF. It is the account still having something honest to post next Tuesday, and someone noticing when publishing broke.

The work, listed

Know the products. Keep a calendar. Write from the brand you have. Publish through the official API. Look at what actually went out. Shift the mix when one bucket takes over. Say when Instagram is disconnected, when a payment failed, or when a post was rejected.

That list is boring. Boring is the point. Small businesses don’t need a war room. They need Tuesday handled.

What you still do

Connect the professional account once. Pick a pace. Reject a piece that shouldn’t go out. Tell the assistant when a promotion is over. Answer the occasional comment yourself — SL does not pretend to be in your DMs.

What we won’t decorate

No invented follower counts, no sample “case studies” from brands that aren’t customers, no revenue multiple on the homepage. If insights aren’t connected, the dashboard says so. Empty is more trustworthy than a chart of wishes.
